Optimizations to get ready for Version One.

Task Comment Upgrades. The conversation view automatically reloads when a user adds a comment to a task, and I also improved its user interface.

Task Editor Fixes. I fixed the task editor when being used to edit tasks consecutively. Phantom values are no longer carried over.

Database Optimization. I optimized the data clients for tasks and reduced the number of database hits by optimizing the LINQ queries. Also, creating projects and locations has been fixed to work with the new database constraints.
