Projects
A project is a series of tasks that fulfill specified requirements provided by the client with a desired end result. They can span multiple locations.
Project Fields
Project Type
The template used to create the project. This field cannot be changed after the project is created.

Contact Name
The name of the contact person for this project.
Text – between 5 and 50 characters long.
Phone Number
The contact person's phone number.
Text – between 10 and 20 characters long.
Date Started
The date that the project started. Once the project is marked as started, this value cannot change.

Date Ended
The date that the project is ended. Once the project is marked as finished, this value cannot change.

Name
The project's name.
Text – between 5 and 100 characters.
Description
A short description about the project.
Text – 1000 characters max length.
Project Manager
The name of the project manager for the project.
Text – between 5 and 100 characters long.
Priority
The priority of this project, relative to other projects assigned to the account.

Est. Completion Date
The estimated date of project completion, based on the template.

Due Date
The user-provided due date for the entire project. This value is a benchmark field.

Budget
The project's budget. This can be any text value, not limited to only dollar figures.
Text – 250 characters max length.
Notes
Any additional notes or comments that belong to the project.
Text – current max length is 5000, should be changed to LONGTEXT.
Risks
Risks associated with the project.

Project Completion
The project completion. This field is automatically updated when a project/location task is modified.
Decimal – between 0 and 100 (inclusive).
