The date that work at the location is completed. This value is automatically assigned when work at the location concludes.

Contact Phone Number
The work number for the contact person of this location.
Text – between 10 and 20 characters long.
Contact Email
The work email address for the contact person of this location.

Name
The name of the location – usually identified by the city, state, region, etc.
Text – between 5 and 50 characters long.
Address
The full address of the location/site.
Text – between 10 and 500 characters long. Address long format.x
Country
The country of the location/site. This value must be provided by the user, but the form should autofill if a valid address is provided.

Timezone
The timezone used at the location/site.
Text – between 5 and 50 characters long.
Location Manager
The location manager's name.
Text – between 5 and 50 characters long.
Location Manager Phone
The location manager's phone number.
Text – between 10 and 20 characters long.
Location Manager Email
The location manager's email address.
Text – between 10 and 20 characters long.
